There was great excitement following the recent announcement from the Football Association of Ireland that Fota Island Resort will be hosting a prestigious training camp for the Republic of Ireland men’s senior team prior to their departure to compete in the 2016 European Championships.

Fota Island Resort was delighted to play host to one of Europe’s biggest football club’s when the Liverpool FC Academy squad spent a week a the five star resort in Ireland during a short pre-season training camp.
