Easter is always a great time of the year for the whole family at Fota Island Resort with a great range of activities for visitors of all ages to enjoy. The ever popular Camp Fota will take place once again with a fun filled schedule of seasonal activities for children.
The highlight of the Easter break will be the pirate-themed ‘Great Golden Treasure Hunt’ which takes place on Sunday, 27th March, and should be great fun for those families staying in the resorts 5 star Cork hotel.
At Fota Island we provide activities for three age groupings – Under 4 years, 4-12 years and 11+ years:
Under 4 years
The dedicated play room situated on the ground floor of our Cork hotel well stocked with all the latest high quality pre-school toys. The swimming pool also has dedicated swim times for children so that your little one can enjoy some fun time in the water under the safe supervision of our trained staff from our Cork spa.
Camp Fota (4 – 12 years)
Camp Fota provides children aged between 4 and 12 years with a safe, active and fun-filled environment in which enjoy a family break. From the Camps base at the Aviary lodge 17, the experienced staff at Camp Fota have created an expansive range of activities which take place throughout the five star resort, with our base at the Camp lodge – Aviary 17. Due to a limited number of spaces in Camp Fota, pre-booking is strongly recommended.
Fota Teen Activities (11+ years)
There are also Fota Teen activities but these only take place at scheduled times during the summer months of July and August. For an upcoming schedule for Fota Teens stay tuned to www.fotaisland.ie.
