On Tuesday 6th of July, Fota Island Resort will host a charity spinning class in aid of Childline, so while you’re benefiting from a great workout children and teenagers all over Ireland will benefit from your personal contribution.
Spinning is one of the most popular options of indoor exercising, burning thousands of calories in one class. And now you can join the revolution and try it out for yourself in a 30 minute session at the beautiful Fota Island Resort. With twenty new spinning bikes and the highest standard in fitness trainers your fitness regime will get off to a flying start while at the same time provide you with an enjoyable experience.
Childline is a free 24 hour counselling service for children and young people up to 18 and deals with any issue which causes distress or concern, such as child abuse and bullying. For just €5 per person you will instantly feel the effects of this fantastic exercise workout and feel better about yourself, while hundreds of children in need will start to feel better about themselves too.
While the Childline charity spinning classes are available from €5 per person, the spinning classes are ongoing at Fota Island Resort at a price of €80 for 6 weeks (two classes per week) or €50 for members or per session at €8 a session or €5 for members.
