Wondering where to begin when you have decided to create your company’s LinkedIn account? Look no further because this is what I did when faced with this challenge!
First I made a list of all Fota Island Resorts’ products and services. We are fortunate to be able to offer people a range of facilities and activities ranging from golfing to spa treatments. Then I added all the information relevant to our products and services. I did this along with pictures for each department in Resort. Next I wanted to include a picture that captured the beauty of Fota Island Resort for the home page. This proved to be quite a difficult task! I found it quite hard to re-size the picture for this page as the photos that we have for the Resort are in a different format. After trying for hours to get this done, I eventually re-sized the picture small enough so that it allowed me to upload it.
The next step in setting up our company page on LinkedIn was the challenge of growing the number of people who are following our account! Next week I will explain everything I did to do this!
