Hey all,
I’m sure by now many of you may have heard the news that Fota Island Resort is now under the control of the state owned Anglo Irish Bank. In the coming months we will be working closely with the receiver from Anglo Irish to maintain the high standard in service and excellent attention to detail that has always been and will continue to be delivered by our dedicated staff. This has been a trying time for many here at the resort and it’s great to see that it has not affected the work carried out by all Fota Island; we always do and will endeavour to make every guests stay or event as enjoyable as ever.
The good news is that it’s going to be business as usual for both employees and guests alike. If your coming on business or pleasure you can be reassured that the resort is still providing the excellent service that you expected when you initially booked your outing with us. Speaking of bookings, there is no need to worry if you have made one with us! All wedding and golf deposits as well as gift vouchers are to be honoured. So blushing brides will still be blushing in style and golfers will still be doing the rounds on the stunning championship course as is the norm.
I’ll still be here next week looking for information from around the resort to keep you entertained. If there’s anything your interested in that you think might make an interesting blog get in touch and as always I’ll do my best to see what I can do for you.
